I'm doing an empirical test on the Force 10 oven. Preheated the oven and put
the turkey breast in at 11 ayem sharp. Looking to have Thanksgiving dinner
at around 230 peeyem. Not sure how it will turn out but the boat already
smells delicious.
Anyone who is able to be on this list has many things for which to be
thankful on this day; I certainly do.

The spot welds on our heat shield came undone and the heat shield warped.
The oven was less than a year old. I contacted Force10 and they sent me a
new one
free of charge.

Aloha Friday
preparing for cooking the Turkey I noticed that the heat shield in the
oven has deformed.
While I don't have an answer to your specific question, I can tell you
that in our experience Force 10 has an outstanding customer service
department (actually person). The only problem we have had with the
Force 10 propane stove/oven we installed ten years ago was with the gas
feed to the oven and broiler burners, and a call to them got us an
explanation that the valve fitting had been redesigned and that they
would send us the new part at no charge even though the warranty was up.
The service person also gave me detailed instructions as to how to
install the new part. So I would not hesitate to call their customer
service department with your question.

Hi Larry............could you pack up a bucket of that smell and send it my
way?
I am personally very thankful for the year that has been and the year that
will soon be.
Happy Thanksgiving to all.
