Thanks for the reply. I didn't mean to criticize your installation, but
others may be interested if they have something different. We use 2/0 on  our 12V
windlass and wiring, for instance. So in our case, we might choose  the Lewmar
reversing unit for $99.

However, for me the big advantage  is that this is a single unit, as

opposed to 4 individual solenoids, each with  multiple exposed contacts.

Definitely. We all learn from this forum.

At $99 the Lewmar is probably a great deal.
