Hello, I'm in an anchorage on the Chesapeake. My neighbor was supposed to leave this morning for St. Martin but alas, he was banging on my boat at 5:30am, that his engine oil was full of water. I got my bag of tools and went to see what I could do. Unfortunately, mechanics is not my speciality. I had hoped it was something I could easily see, but alas it was not.
