Coastal Explorer is a comprehensive navigation program for the PC by
www.rosepointnav.com . It even has an AIS module and can overlay navigation
charts with aerial photos downloaded from the Internet by the program. It is
relatively new and evolving and I can recommend it. They saw the future and
built the program to embrace many different types of chart formats and
always ship the program with the latest NOAA charts on their installation
CD.
