T-shirt size (we'll assume it's gender specific unless you reply
otherwise; also, Parents, please include sizes for all of your children
that are club members)
*Are you (or your child/children) a USAT member? *We do NOT need your
membership number.
Do you have an account with IRONMAN.com?

The last two are for our club roster. It helps the club when you indicate
your SVY Gators club membership when registering for USAT and IRONMAN
events.
