I'm gonig to replace my fly bridge instrument panel with a Starboard sheet and reinstall all the guages, switches, etc.

What's the best way to redo/replace the instrument/switch lettering. Has any one done this already?

Instead of using starboard sheet, I highly recommend you used black
aluminum, custom cut by

     www.frontpanelexpress.com

You lay out the panel with their free software and send off the file
over the internet. Your panel comes back accurately cut in a few
days.  You can do very neat lettering as well.  Their prices are
remarkably inexpensive.

Just remember a 2" gage is a bit large than 2" (don't ask me how I know).

Best,

Steve

Note that these panels are really beautiful but are not suitable for mounting
in exposed areas as there are some raw aluminum edges.

But the panels are very beautiful, I used some on Island Eagle.
