Dear Sir/Madam,

I have beentrying to install collection space on my vps
i have been following the instructions on https://wiki.collectionspace.org/display/DOC/Installing+on+Ubuntu+14.04

but as i reach the step of
testing to see if the installation was successful.

i get an error that is as follows:

root@vps132259:/home/cspace/collectionspace-source/services# curl -i http://localhost:22/cspace-services/collectionobjects -u admin@core.collectionspace.org:Administrator
bash: curl: command not found

I am currently trying to resovle this issue if you could help it would be great.

the vps service i am using is interserver.

Thanks in Advance.

P.S. I am a begginer to this.

Hi Myron,

The error message you shared seems to indicate that the 'curl' program
isn't installed on the server. You can install it with the following Ubuntu
command:

sudo apt-get install curl

Thanks,

Jesse
