From Frank Mantlik

10/24 Stratford, Stratford Point:  1 ad. male BLACK SCOTER with 4 female Surf Scoters, in pretty close to bluff.  Little else offshore despite doing a 1.25 hour seawatch from here.  On land there was a probable ORANGE-CROWNED WARBLER.

Stratford, McKinney Refuge RR trail (beginning of): lots of sparrows and juncos including 1 WHITE-CROWNED SPARROW and 1 INDIGO BUNTING.

Also, the apparent adult female RUBY-THROATED HUMMINGBIRD that had been visiting our home feeder was last seen Thursday 10/22 at 5:30pm.
