Pacific Gallery Artists (PGA) is a non profit organization founded in
1946. The purpose of PGA is to promote art in the Pacific Northwest, interest
the public in the work of local artists, and cooperate with local groups in
artistic enterprises.
We welcome all interested 2D and 3D artists. We meet September through
June, the second Tuesday of the month, 7 PM, at the South Park Community
Center, 4851 South Tacoma Way, Tacoma, WA. (except Dec. & June when we meet at
a private home). We usually have a demo or hands on project at every
meeting.

Mirka Hokkanen, printmaker will demonstrate techniques for polymer plates
used for etching. She will show a variety of image making methods that
work for cresting transparencies and she will show finished prints which were
created from solar plates. Mirka has exhibited in Finland, Denmark, and
throughout the United States.
We extend an invitation to have all interested artists, come to a meeting
