Join Pierce County arts professionals & colleagues for discussions of local, state and national arts issues. Catch up on the latest local, state and federal news and information that could affect you or your arts organization. Network with other cultural administrators, presenters, artists, board members, community & civic arts leaders, educators and volunteers from Tacoma & Pierce County and other municipalities.
We gather to know more about issues & how to advocate for our creative  industry.

  1. Arts & Heritage Day in Olympia on Wednesday, February 2, 2011.  Statewide museums and other heritage groups will be joining the arts community to create an even bigger presence and voice. We will start with the Heritage Caucus meeting at 7am in the Cherberg Building A/B/C Room and use the same room as our headquarters and lunch. See government in action.   2. WA Cultural Congress, an exclusive conference for those who work or volunteer in arts or cultural industry. The 3-day event will be held from Monday April 25 through Wednesday April 27, 2011 at the stunning Skamania Lodge, Stevenson, WA.  The lowest registration cost at $300 is valid until January 31.
