Hi guys,
Yes it's still in the upload section.
At the moment, my uplink is busy uploading ~2.5 GB of manuals donated by
someone, so I'll get to the M100 as soon as possible. I'll be out of town
tomorrow, so it may be Saturday.
Anyone can download from the upload section though. Just use the same
instruction as you did for upload.

Bill,
Thanks for publishing that manual on your site.
I recommend removing the spaces from the file name - they play havoc
with web browsers and command-line OSes.

David,
Sorry about the link - not my file or website. I found the manual on
ko4bb's web site, and just copied the link that I used to download it
myself. Sorry about the confusion. Hopefully others can navigate in to
find the file (start at ko4bb.com & then select Manuals, GPS_Timing,
Efratom - M100A).
Regards,
Bill

I know I have not been consistent with file names. I have started converting
the directories to underscores instead of blank spaces and will work my way
through the directory structure in an attemp to rename everything in a more
consistent and friendly manner, blank spaces being only one of the problems.
I may just batch rename everything with underscoes to at least get that
done...
In the mean time, you just have to use your imagination and "fill in the
blanks" :-)
Please note that there is a friendlier way to access the manuals through
http://www.ko4bb.com/cgi-bin/manuals.pl
Same manuals, more GUI...

I'm a little surprise that nobody has done an extensive search. The
M100 manual has been available on the www.to-way.com Web Site for
months x(n)..........
