Loop Boat Suggestions

My wife and I planning to start our Loop trip in 2008.  We are looking for
boat suggestions to complete the loop.  We are leaning towards an Express
type boat in the range of 38 to 43 feet for accommodations (guests some of
time...) and to minimize the about of bridge openings.  Any suggestions by
the informed users of this List would be great!

I have been reading this message board postings for the past couple of
months.  The wealth of knowledge shared is greatly appreciated!!  Thanks
everyone.

P.S.  The ability to charter / rent a boat for the Trip as talked about in
earlier postings is interesting and possibly intriguing.

I'm doing it on a C-Dory and plenty of others have as well.  22 in my
case, 25 in others -- you can follow along and see if it's the right
sort of adventure for you (another update tomorrow):
