Generally it is fairly
easy to remove all of the paint, thoroughly clean the windows, apply
strontium
chromate primer (spray cans for outdrives) or two part epoxy strontium
chromate primer in the can by brush and then paint with one of the urethane
paints.
If this is what you call a "fairly easy" project, I'd hate to see your
definition of a PIA project. :-)
