The Connecticut Ornithological Association (COA) is proud to once again
offer an in-person Annual Meeting to be held on Saturday, March 8th at
Connecticut State College-Middlesex Campus in Middletown, CT.

Events like our Annual Meeting make it possible for us to offer services
valuable to the Connecticut birding community such as this ListServ as well
as workshops, a calendar to learn about birding programs statewide, the
respected quarterly journal The Connecticut Warbler, and more.

This year, we are very pleased to announce the return of our Prime Sponsor,
Zeiss (https://www.zeiss.com/) . At the meeting, Richard Moncrief from
Zeiss will offer a 15-minute presentation on how to engage young kids, ages
5-10 in birding, as well as participate as a vendor. Be sure to stop by
their table... and take a kid birding!

In addition we welcome three Lead Sponsors: Sunrise Birding, Milford Photo
and Cornell Lab of Ornithology.

Learn about the many birding trips offered by Sunrise Birding (
https://www.sunrisebirding.com/), owned and operated by our own Gina
Nichol. If you are a birder, you will want to stop by their table to learn
how to join the adventures.

Milford Photo (https://milfordphoto.com/). is generously providinga Canon
camera for our raffle/ auction. If you have been thinking about getting
into bird photography, or pondering an upgrade, be sure to check out this
respected local business at 22 River St in Milford.

Cornell Lab of Ornithology (https://www.birds.cornell.edu/home/) is
generously providing a series of online educational programs for our
raffle/ auction. If you have been thinking about taking your birding to the
next level, consider entering the raffle or enrolling in a Cornell Lab
course on your own.

Both COA members and non-members are invited to attend this 40th Annual
Meeting. If you are not currently a member, we do hope you will consider
joining to show your support.
