Hello friends. If anyone is interested in a “gentle” yoga class, there is one at the We Run Store each Wednesday starting at 8:15 a.m. The class is typically one hour. The instructor takes donations for her fee. What is “gentle” yoga? It’s for new people who have never tried yoga before or someone who cannot do the strenuous yoga positions. Bring a yoga mat, towel and bottle of water. You will enjoy it. The We Run Store is located in the HEB shopping center in Leon Springs. The store is right next to the Yummi Sushi restaurant.
