We invited Author, Tai-Chi, Qigong, and Feng Shui Master Dr. Shan Tung Hsu who just published "Essence of Tea" to explain about the TEA, and you can even purchase a book for him to sign for you. He also wrote Fundamentals of Feng Shui, The Yin and Yang of Love, The Medicine Box, and Feng Shui-Truth, Myth and Misconception.
