THIS WEEK IN TRI CLUB (December 13-19) and GFC WEEK 10 ROLL CALL!
This is your weekly update on all things Gator including workouts and other
events, plus our weekly Gator Fitness Challenge "roll call". This week we
have a full slate of workouts for you and our 8th Annual Members Meeting /
Awards & Recognition Night on Thursday... And we will have some door prizes
that you must be present to win AND the only way to be entered on to the
"Wheel of Winners" is to indicate "Going" on the event (see link below)!
Before we get into more about that...
- **Let's Party!... **Thanks to Gina Stango and all that assisted her
(including Lynn Seuberling and others) in preparing for and delivering the
amazing party last Friday night! What a fun time from the hat/visor
giveaway (post your selfied wearing yours!) to the raffle winners (thanks
to our amazing sponsors for all of the prizes!) to the White Elephant gift
exchange to another great Tina Belles performance!
- **Early registration is now open!... **In case you didn't catch it, for
the first time ever we have opened member registration in December! For
all of the details, including an online registration link, see the post
under "Featured". And welcome to Sarah Barkley who has officially
registered and is our first 2022 new member!

Congratulations for this past weekend's successes to Jon Crosby who
completed a Spartan "beast" event and Shawn O'Malley who finished his 5th
Half IRONMAN distance event in 2021! Both events took place in Florida.
And now on to this week...
**GFC Roll Call!... **This week's Gator Fitness Challenge "Roll Call"
covers week 10 (December 6-12) that ended yesterday. If you completed any
of the three challenges, please post a comment...
- "SBR" if you completed the Swim/Bike/Run Challenge (30 minutes of each)
AND/OR...
- "SCF" if you completed the Strength/Core/Flexibility Challenge (30
minutes total of any combination) AND/OR...
- "Plank" if you completed the progressive Plank Challenge that started in
week 1 at 15 seconds then has increased 15 seconds each week and last
week's plank was 2 minutes and 30 seconds (this week's challenge is 2
minute and 45 seconds... Yikes!).
- "All 3" if you were a week 10 superstar and completed all 3 challenges!
We also welcome more creative responses!
