Chester, 10/20 - Two ruby-crowned kinglets in our yard this afternoon.
They both spent a lot of time bugging through the fall asters,
goldenrod, and crabapple tree, although they didn't share well, tussling
over bugging rights. Like our yard isn't big enough for two tiny
kinglets!
Eastern phoebe is also still in our yard, taking advantage of the
late-season insects.
