Discussion and technical support related to USRP, UHD, RFNoC
View all threadsUnable to get USRP X410 (CG_400 FPGA image) QSFP28 port connected with Intel E810 2CQDA2 NIC, and both link LEDs on NIC and USRP don't blink. I burned the FPGA into CG_400, and then connected the QSFP28-0 of USRP X410 to the host (E810) with QSFP28 cable. But after inserting the network cable, the network card indicators of the host and X410 are not on. It seems that the connection failed.
Setup Details
Host: Windows Server 2019
MPMD: 4.2
FPGA: CG_400
Network interface card: E810,latest NIC driver, latest NVM firmware(4.0)
Steps to reproduce the problem
The connection method is shown in the following figures:
Actual Behavior
When I burn CG_400 to X410, USRP x410 and E810 are not connected. The connection is as shown in the figure below:
Additional Information
I made some verification about this issue:
1. When I connect the two ports of E810 with QSFP28 cable, it is displayed as 100Gbps on windows.
