Weather:
Overcast and cool.  Light drizzle until mid-day. Temp 11 - 13C.  Brisk
North winds becoming Northwest.

Raptor Observations:
A slow start waiting for feathers to dry. Sharpies continued in good
numbers.  A modest number of other raptors.

Non-raptor Observations:
Local birds included Common Snipe, Greater Yellowlegs, numerous
Yellow-rumped Warblers, Black-throated Blue Warbler, Red-breasted
Nuthatch.  A modest Blue Jay migration.

Predictions:
Overcast again tomorrow with drizzle ending mid-morning.  Light-moderate
Northeasterly winds.  Temperature in the mid-teens. A bit more comfortable
than today.
