Back in the early days, when Bill and Laurene Parlatore ran the magazine, the book was fat, the stories were long, and the pictures many. Bill called it 'em like he saw 'em, and as he learned his lessons about trawler yachts he shared what he learned with his readers. I loved the magazine back then.
