From John Maynard: 9/26 - Middletown, Nature Gardens -- PURPLE FINCH flock feeding in mature red cedar tree strewn with light-blue cedar berries; also feeding was a BAY-BREASTED WARBLER (female). Purple finches numbered at least 14, 12 females and 2 males. Again this morning, I saw a peregrine again atop the billboard on the way to work again this morning (very tricky to see the sign from westbound).
