I am exploring a better route for the radar cable on my GB 42 Classic.
Currently it comes through the aft cabin wall of the main salon, behind the
settee, through the liquor cabinet and the stbd stair. At that point it
runs up the wall just fwd of the door to the Radar/chart plotter which is
mounted stbd of the wheel.I would like to hand it from the overhead shelf
but I don't like the look of so much exposed cable. Has anyone been able
to thread the cable behind the headliner? What about through the engine
room and up into the helm station? All suggestions appreciated.
