can you please let me know what all changes we have to do besides the following:
 
1)
PJSUA_DEFAULT_SRTP_SECURE_SIGNALING  is set to 1
2)
PJSUA_DEFAULT_USE_SRTP is set to  PJMEDIA_SRTP_MANDATORY
 
Following is the log file transcript for a call session:

I am using 1.5 version of pjsip.
And i am not sure if there is support for SRTP enabled. as i am using asterisk server.Please let me know what to do for enabling srtp support on asterisk (if required).

I'm not working with asterisk, so I can't help with configuring it.
You can try to work with optional SRTP and check the reply from the server
to your invite.
Check if you get crypto in the SIP message.

Asterisk doesn't currently support SRTP, so you'll need to find another
way of testing it. You can make peer to peer calls or if you'd like to
use a server FreeSWITCH does have support for SRTP.
