Bob: I had that on a sailboat. That Teak & Holly in my case was a very thin veneer on top of a substrate of plywood or something. It was easy to scratch and scuff and I accidentally dropped a wrench
On it and it out a nice DENT in the veneer Which is very thin.
Your coatings are just going to make it very slick to walk on.
May I suggest a few nice carpet runners in the high foot traffic areas. with carpet non skid under it. Keeps the carpet in place. That Would also give you some UV Protection and your carpet choice would help you personalize the interior.
On our Parquet floors we used a combination of Helmsman satin and gloss mix of varnish on the exposed floor areas not covered with carpet. We mixed the two together ourselves
Stairs got the helmsman mix only. We mixed the varnish fir a great gloss finish
Put 2” wide 3M non-skid Tape On edges of stairs to prevent slipping on stairs
