Dear Wonderful LR-HOA Family,
We hope your winter into spring is going well with increased outdoor activities for all.
The Board met last night and discussed a variety of topics. One topic percolating that has risen to greater importance involves cars parked on our streets. As everyone is aware, our streets have acceptable widths, but are not too wide. Therefore, cars consistently parked on the streets become obstacle hazards during the day as well as at night with greater outdoor activities that include our children, walkers, runners, and bikers. Therefore, we ask everyone to kindly remember to park vehicles in driveways to comply with our HOA covenants.
With that said, we are also aware as summer approaches, household gatherings, college students return, and overnight guests increase. Thereby, resulting in cars parked on the streets at times. The board and management company take these happenings into consideration. However, these occurrences/events are considered exceptions rather than norms that are happening now.
We have an awesome neighborhood and appreciate everyone looking out for each other's best interest. Especially, when it comes to our children, walkers, runners, bikers, and parked vehicles on the street.
Best Always,
Limestone Ranch Board
