This from a friend in Dedham, MA. They are also in MA. He included a picture but I didn't try to forward it. He feeds BOSS. "Massachusetts has been 'invaded' of late by Common Redpolls. While they had been seen sporadically at scattered locations through much of the winter, over the past 10 days or so they are being seen in yards and parks throughout the state, often in great quantities. I haven't had any large quantity, but one of these little folk has been visiting my yard occasionally over the past several days. I did manage a so-so photo of it this afternoon."
