Madison, Hammonasset Beach State Park. Six Lapland, Longspurs flying around and sometimes landing in the nature center parking lot, also calling.  One American Bittern, barely visible in the marsh edge of the boulder pond viewed from the walkway to the Meig’s point pavilion.
