From Paul Carrier:
11/03/14 - New Hartford, Hayward farm -- morning; while buying Apples
I saw what I believe to be a Dark form Rough-legged Hawk flying
through the farm on my way out. First I thought it was a Red tail,
but looked a bit chunkier and was all dark. When it banked it showed
light flight feathers. Im 90% sure it was a Rough leg, but I would
have liked a better - longer view.
