Does anyone have suggestions regarding private or small group birding tours in New Zealand? We aren't trying to chase down birds to increase a life list, birding dawn to dusk for 21 days. Our desire is to see the country, bird in a relaxed manner and truly appreciate what we are seeing and learning about the birds, and get a taste of the culture and history of these Islands.
