The Tacoma Community College Summer Orchestra will be giving a concert on Saturday, August 1, at 1:00 PM, in TCC’s Building 2. John Falskow will conduct the ensemble in this casual and fun concert, featuring 3 opera overtures: Harold, Zampa Overture; Verdi, Nabucco Overture; and Wagner, Die Meistersinger Prelude. The 60 piece orchestra is made up of student, amateur, and professional musicians from across the south Puget Sound region. This orchestra and the concert are a celebration of community through music. Hope you can attend!
