I arrived at the Leete's Island Rd. marsh at about 12. There were many small peeps, 1 Lesser Yellowlegs, and several Semi Plovers, but no Phalarope. Among the peeps was a Baird's Sandpiper on some of the drier flats. The Wilson's Phalarope flew in at about 12:15 and preened close to the highway for the next 15 minutes before getting back to feeding.
