4/14/09 NW Bristol I think had a Blackburnian Warbler visit the ground near my feeders. I was close enough to clearly see the orange id markings. At first, I thought I may have been mistaken but when I checked my logs from last year, I had a one day visit on 4/13 of last year as well. I will await a possible return for a picture to confirm. Yesterday also brought the following:
1 Northern Harrier
3 Tree Swallows
2 Northern Flickers (f)
4 Bluebirds (3 m, 1 f)
10 American Robins
3 Eastern Phoebes
2 Red Tail Hawks (one immature)
1 Black Vulture
75+ Cedar Waxwings
2 Purple Finches (m&f)
1 Chipping Sparrow
4 Song Sparrows
1 Fox Sparrow
8 Mourning Doves
3 Cardinals (2m, 1f)
3 Juncos (2 m, 1f)
4 House Finch (m&f)
6 American Goldfinch (4m, 2f)?
