Bonjour, I just checked the information and it is true. Canada seems to be the first of four countries which will allow to design your own stamps. It will cost 1$ for a 46 cents stamp, to put your own picture, or cat, or boat. There is an ethical debate actually about what can be and cannot be on a stamp (nudity, bad taste, violence, etc) I could not have the information yet to determine if you can send the photo by Internet or by mail. As long as I live in Montreal, if anybody is interested to receive its own postcard with a personalized stamp, let me know and I'll send you my postal address.
