Hey all, Not to inproach on Steve's post but I also have a room for rent in the house I own. It's located in southern aurora (near Illif and Buckley). Rent is $550/month, plus half utilities (roughly $50-70/month so far) and half Internet if you plan on using it. You get a decent sized bedroom, large closet, and private bathroom. Parking is first come, first serve in the condo community. Washer and dryer are in the house and the kitchen, living room, etc is all shared and fully furnished. It would be a month to month contract. It's a quiet neighborhood and I'm a student so most of the time it's quiet. At most I have school friends over for a study group.
