We’re excited to announce that vendor registration for the 17th Annual South Sound Sustainability Expo is open! Secure your spot today by registering at southsoundsustainabilityexpo.org.

This year’s Expo will take place on Saturday, April 26, 2025, from 10 AM to 3 PM at the UW Tacoma Campus and Tollefson Plaza.

Why Participate as a Vendor? By joining the South Sound Sustainability Expo, your organization can:

🌿You’re invited to the 17th Annual South Sound Sustainability Expo!🌿

Discover fun, family-friendly ways to live more sustainably at the 2025 South Sound Sustainability Expo, happening Saturday, April 26, from 10 AM to 3 PM on the UW Tacoma campus Prairie Line Trail and Tollefson Plaza. This free, family-friendly event brings together over 70 local organizations all working toward a cleaner, greener, and more connected and resilient South Sound region.

What’s new this year?

  • A colorful, large-scale Koinobori (carp streamer) art installation created by City of Tacoma Artist in Residence Teruko Nimura, along with local students and community members.
  • Hands-on activities for all ages, including crafts made from sustainable materials and an environmentally themed scavenger hunt for kids.
  • Live demonstrations, local vendors, and opportunities to learn how you can reduce waste, conserve resources, and take sustainable actions at home or in your community.

…and many other long-standing Expo traditions! Join us to explore, get inspired, and celebrate the power of art, collaboration, and sustainability!

Join us on Saturday, April 26, from 10 AM to 3 PM at the UW Tacoma campus Prairie Line Trail and Tollefson Plaza for a free, family-friendly celebration of sustainability in the South Sound.

🌎 Plant Swap – Bring a plant, take a plant! Share cuttings or rooted plants with your neighbors and take home something new for your garden.
🌎 Pop-Up Forest Installation – Step into an immersive urban forest experience and explore how nature and city life can thrive together.
🌎 Kids Corner – Hosted by the Tacoma Nature Center, this space will feature activities and crafts to engage and inspire young environmentalists.
