THIS WEEK IN TRI CLUB (APRIL 10-16)!

The weather looks spectacular at least until the weekend, so let's get
outside for some swim, bike, and run!  All three options are now available
and will be through September.  And this includes another Saturday morning
SRT ride this week!

We do have a change to our weekly workout schedule... Run workouts will now
be on Tuesdays at 6pm instead of Mondays.  In case you are wondering, "yes"
this is the same time as our cycling intervals workout, so you will have
two options to select from (actually three since the RUNegades also offer a
group run that evening).

Success!! Gators Club Philly ended on March 31 and it's time to celebrate
while also learning from Dr. Michael Connelly, Gators lead sponsor, how we

• Youth Gators Opportunities: Our youth group leaders Cindy Kelecic and
Angela Epelbaum are rocking it with many opportunities for our Jr. Gators
and Gator Tots! Under "Featured" you'll find not one, but TWO chances (with
a 3rd coming soon) to win a FREE EVENT ENTRY to the Scoogie Events Kid's
Rock Tri taking place on June 11 (one is for the tri and one is for the
run/bike/run duathlon) and an event post for an "Intro to Tri Zoom" taking
place on April 12.

• Who's In 2023? Please continue to send Don Mack your event updates! This
can be done through a comment on this post or by direct messaging Don.  And
we're also still looking to increase our participation in relay events. If
you would like to be part of a relay team of any fashion, please contact
Don and he'll help you get connected with others.
