Hi,
do we have that information in two places now?
https://developer.thunderbird.net/the-basics/building-thunderbird/
https://developer.mozilla.org/en-US/docs/Mozilla/Developer_guide/Build_Instructions/Simple_Thunderbird_build
For example
has more detail than:
Jörg.
If I'm not wrong, the idea was to use and redirect users to
https://developer.thunderbird.net/the-basics/building-thunderbird/ since
it's constantly updated, better written, and reflects our brand identity.
If that correct, and our new docs are complete, or in a better shape
than what's on the Mozilla side, we should create a redirect to it.
Ryan might know more.

Well, I didn't know about it, so I've been updating the Wiki page, at
least with the latest MAPI details.
I'm happy to close one copy down after making sure all the information
is in the other copy.
Also, MDN wants to remove platform-specific stuff and focus on web
development documentation. So our documentation needs a new home.
Please, anyone, if you have ideas for stuff to add to
developer.thunderbird.net - please do so. Some ideas have already been
detailed in this issue
https://github.com/thundernest/developer-docs/issues/36. But open to
all ideas.

There's 148 articles tagged "thunderbird"
https://developer.mozilla.org/en-US/docs/tag/thunderbird on MDN. Most,
if not almost all, of them should be moved into the MDN archive. Is
somebody prepared to take this on, or at least go through and prepare a
list of what should be moved (as special privilege is required to move
pages)?
