The City of Harrisburg is a party to Asset Transfer Agreements and a series of related Agreements as part of it's recovery process.  These were all in 2013 and should be available to review via EMMA.

I am looking for any useful documentation in connection with the transfer of a township sewer conveyance system to the township's newly formed Authority.  I cannot really think of anything other than a bill of sale and an easement, but I am sure there is a mountain of other items that just are not occurring to me.

Thanks,
