Anyone know where to purchase non scented Pledge? The pledge website lists
only scented products.

Anyone know where to purchase non scented Pledge? (endsnip)

I saw a couple of suggestions as to NOT use lemon Pledge on your side
curtains. First, I'm not sure they even make a non scented Pledge anymore,
and I specifically ask my canvas guy about using the Lemon scented and he
said it was fine. It's what he uses all the time. I've used it for 6 years
now with no ill effects that I can tell. My plastic is clear as a bell with
the exception of normal wear and scratches from use.

If you can not find Pledge without citrus oils, use a teaspoon of Joy
dishwashing liquid (without lemon oil) and distilled water --
official recommended cleaner of Rohm and Haas Company (inventor of
Plexiglas acrylic sheet).  Use soft flannel cloth or cotton tee-
shirt.  Also wax with Simonize paste wax which has the same
refractive index to fill in fine scratches.

Sorry to say that your canvas guy is mistaken, particularly with
regard to acrylics (Plexiglas and Lucite) or polycarbonates (Tuffak
and Lexan).  Citric oils and acids will cause crazing - small
internal fractures in most plastics.

Company which invented Plexiglas acrylic).
