Hell, do what the fishermen do. Find a sheltered spot and then:
For mud, run the boat up on a mudbank on a falling tide, drink some beer and
get some sleep before the next high tide.
For rock or coral, deploy your rebar anchor, drink some (more) beer and get
some sleep. When you awake, heave your rebar anchor - it will always bend
and release without a trip line.
