*NWSSA* presents the 24th annual Stone Carving Symposium at Camp Brotherhood Mt Vernon July 10-18. Here is an opportunity to experience stone carving in a safe supportive environment. Located at beautiful Camp Brotherhood just south of Mt Vernon WA this is an all inclusive Symposium put on by the NorthWest Stone Sculptors Association. All meals and on-site house are included. This is a 10 day total immersion into the world of stone with instruction available in Hand, Power and Air tools as well as workshops on various aspects of the art of stone. There will be a gallery walk at the camp to show case the attending artist on the final Saturday. The exhibit starts at 1PM. This is open to the public and is a good time to come out and see what this is all about.
