From Patrick Comins:
10/10/13 - Waterford, Harkness Memorial State Park -- Clay-colored
Sparrow.  Also at least one White-crowned Sparrow.  For Patrick's
ruminations on the identification of the Clay-colored Sparrow see his
message last night on CTBirds.

From Hank Golet:
10/10/13 - Rocky Neck -- Golden Plover. I went to the marsh just
before noon; the Plover came to the same roost spot for the 3rd day
shortly after I arrived.  I checked again near 5 pm and extra high
tide had nearly covered the location.  I scoped around with no luck.

 From Renee Baade:
10/09/13 - Litchfield, White Memorial Foundation, Folley Point --
Northern Shoveler, looking like possible eclipse plumage.
