09/27/13 - New Haven, Lighthouse Point Park -- 2:45 PM; adult Golden
Eagle flew in and turned in lazy circles overhead for great looks.

09/27/13 - Southport, Southport Beach -- 1 Saltmarsh Sparrow, 8+
Nelson's Sparrows, a possible LeConte's Sparrow seen briefly feeding
on flattened down spartina on the right side of the jetty,it flew past
me and disappeared into the spartina never to be relocated.
Sherwood Island State Park -- many Nelson's Sparrows continue in the
marsh. Take the trail by the bridge near the nature center and head
north towards the thruway.

09/27/13 - Madison, Hammonasset SP -- LINCOLN'S SPARROW, WHITE-CROWNED
SPARROWS (both near camp playground; west end of park), LESSER
BLACK-BACK GULL (West Beach parking lot seen by Jack Faller).

09/27/13 - Milford, Silver Sands State Park -- a morning walk resulted
in seeing 1 LITTLE BLUE HERON (juvenile in Netherton pool on west
side), 2 LINCOLN'S SPARROWS.

09/27/13 - New Haven, East Shore Park -- Philadelphia Vireo was
present this afternoon, in trees south of the treatment ponds.

09/26/13 - Stratford, Beacon Point Rd, Town Greenway -- an hour-long
walk resulted in 36 species, including LINCOLN'S SPARROW, Peregrine
Falcon.

09/26/13 - New Milford, Sunny Valley Preserve -- Lincoln's Sparrow.
