GFC Roll Call! This week's Gator Fitness Challenge "Roll Call" covers week
6 (February 7-13) of the winter GFC... If you completed at least one of the
two challenges, please post a comment...
• "SBR" if you completed the Swim/Bike/Run Challenge (40 minutes of each)
AND/OR...
• "SCF" if you completed the Strength/Core/Flexibility Challenge (45
minutes total of any combination) AND/OR...
• "Both" if you were a week 1 superstar and completed both challenges!

• Tuesday 2/15, 7:15pm-8:30pm, Spring Valley YMCA Cycling Studio:

• Wednesday 2/16, 5pm-6pm (NOTE THE EARLIER TIME due to the "Intro to Tri"
