Very birdy in my yard today.  At least 50 siskins, some of them plumped up,
two flickers guarding a large nest hole, lots of other birds, and, best of
all

My bats are back!!!  I'm so thrilled.  I was hoping they didn't all die of
white-nose disease.  I had some fresh guano on last year's pile today, and I
heard squeaking from the box above.  I'm SO happy!
