THIS WEEK IN TRI CLUB (February 7-13) and WINTER GFC WEEK 5 ROLL CALL!
We have many opportunities for you to get fit and also a couple of
opportunities for you to get "fitted"... Our final two Zoot uniform
fittings will take place on Monday 6pm-8pm (before and during our swim
workout) and Tuesday 6pm-8:15pm (before and during our spin workout). The
order window will also open shortly and will remain open for 1-2 weeks
(watch for more details on this coming soon!). There could be another
opportunity to order uniform items later in the year, but there are no
guarantees, so the best option is to get fit and order during this
window... Please take advantage of the fitting opportunities and get ready
to place your orders.
What else is happening this week (and what happened in the GFC last
week?)?...
GFC Roll Call! This week's Gator Fitness Challenge "Roll Call" covers week
5 (January 31-February 6) of the winter GFC... If you completed at least
one of the two challenges, please post a comment...
• "SBR" if you completed the Swim/Bike/Run Challenge (40 minutes of each)
AND/OR...
• "SCF" if you completed the Strength/Core/Flexibility Challenge (45
minutes total of any combination) AND/OR...
• "Both" if you were a week 1 superstar and completed both challenges!

1-4): Swim workout coached by Logan Washburn with uniform fitting taking
place before and during (6pm-8pm).
• Tuesday 2/8, 10:15am-11:15am, Spring Valley YMCA Indoor Lap Pool (lanes
5-6): Swim workout coached by Don Schlichtmann
• Tuesday 2/8, 7:15pm-8:30pm, Spring Valley YMCA Cycling Studio:
Spin/Strength workout coached by Logan Washburn with uniform fitting taking
place before and during (6pm-8:15pm).
• Tuesday 2/8, 8pm-8pm: Gators Officers Meeting... Please let us know if
you have any input!
• Wednesday 2/9, 6pm: "Coach Karen's Gator Tot and Jr. Gator Treadmill
Run", Spring Valley YMCA Wellness Center coached by Karen Dunn. See

4, "Let's Get Dirty" (preregister on Zwift for option B, Chain Chomper
