THIS WEEK IN TRI CLUB (December 26-January 1) and GFC WEEK 12 ROLL CALL!

Last Week: Between the dedications for Brian's tree, sign, and plaque,
Keith's continued positive steps in his recovery, the birth of Gator Tot
Samantha, and the recognition of Jon Crosby as the 2022 recipient of the
newly named "Brian Kozera Gator Done Award", it was a great week!  And
hopefully you had the chance to end it with some quality family time over
the weekend!

This week is a bit abbreviated with some uncoached workouts, but we are
offering a fairly complete schedule that also includes the Tuesday night
youth Gators "End of Year Hot Chocolate Ride and Run"!  In addition to
that, we're wrapping up both the fall Gator Fitness Challenge (winter
edition starts next Monday) and the Gators Pizza Club, which both end on
Sunday 1/1/23, so don't miss your opportunities to participate in those!

Get a BK Pint Glass! If you have not yet had a chnace to pick up your
special edition "Have fun, Gator Done, then drink a beer!... Coach Brian"
pint glass, there are some opportunities this week (just let me know ahead
of time so that I know to bring one for you). We'll continue to distribute
them to all current members (1/person) until they are gone.  Here is where
you can get one...

it's time for the weekly "Roll Call"! If you completed any of the three
challenges for week 12 (Monday 12/19-Sunday 12/8), 25) please post a

• "SBR" if you completed the Swim/Bike/Run Challenge (30 minutes of each)
AND/OR...

• "SCF" if you completed the Strength/Core/Flexibility Challenge (30
minutes total of any combination) AND/OR...

• "Plank" if you completed the progressive Plank Challenge that progressed
to 3 minutes (this week it is 5 minutes!).
