Installed the Atlantes head last spring and it works great. Very similar to
a home head in looks, feel and operation. Easy for guests, in fact the
Admiral says she wants one in the master head as well. They are not cheap,
Defender had the best price last year, around $850 if I recall, West Marine
was $1200.

Our Atlantes has bee aboard for 8 years without problem.  When the other Par
head gives out of spare parts, we will add a second Atlantes.  Both heads
are plumbed into an Electosan.

Go to Raritan's website and be sure of the product codes that you use when
ordering from Defender or anyone. Depending upon what options you pick, it
could cost more. Consult with Defender as you don't want to make a mistake.
The model number means fresh or outside water, color, things inside the
toilet base or outside, etc.

Looking over my shoulder at a cold and wet Skooch. BTW, West's new 2005
catalog has numerous disappointments including fewer options for things like
air-conditioners and higher prices all-around.
