John Edwards asked about coastal towns to visit. If you like historic
towns with coastal connections, it would be a shame to miss Dairen Georgia
and Savannah Georgia. Lots of history and well preserved historic
districts.
I don't get it! The only way to visit these towns is by boat at a leisurely
pace to spend day(s) there. To see how they are connected to the waterway,
to see what they offered the waterway. A Sunday car trip up I-95 with a
drive-thru sidetrip to anyone of these towns does not give it justice.
But, better than nothing, I suppose.
